Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties is offering a new program:
- Emergency Rental Assistance Program (ERAP) assists households behind on their rent that have experienced financial hardship due to COVID-19 and are at risk of homelessness or housing instability. In addition, the program can provide temporary rental assistance and assistance with unpaid utility bills. This program serves Otsego and Schoharie Counties. Please contact our Oneonta office if you are an Otsego County resident at 607-432-0061 or our Cobleskill office if you are a Schoharie County resident at 518-234-3581. This program serves both landlords and tenants.

Catholic Charities of Delaware, Otsego and Schoharie Counties remains open. We are committed to meeting the needs of our local communities during this difficult time. We can now serve individuals in our offices.
Due to Covid-19 we have taken the following precautions:
In order to allow for proper social distancing, our office doors will remain locked and an intercom system put in place. When visiting one of our offices please use the intercom to request to speak with a staff member.
Individuals entering our offices will be required to wear a face covering. If you do not have a face covering you will be supplied with one upon entry.
