What is the Nutrition Outreach & Education Program?

NOEP offers translation services, home visits, in-person or over the phone assistance for applicants who need individualized help accessing nutrition assistance programs.

Your local NOEP helps to ensure that each application is processed correctly and any barriers are addressed. NOEP also refers households to nutrition assistance programs such as WIC and other community resources by working closely with local service providers.

These services are offered to residents of Otsego and Schoharie Counties.
